Q: What types of Keyence PLC are
supported by your software?
A: KV and Visual KV PLC are fully supported including KV 10, KV 16, KV
24, KV 40, KV 80
Q: Does
your backup software make backup of read protected
PLC program?
A: Yes it does. "Read
Protection" is a problem for Ladder
Builder only.
Q: How
should I initialize data
memories (DM) in Ladder Builder to make PLC initial settings value
compatible with your DM modification software?
A: Nothing special. You should just do typcal DM initialization with DW
commands. In ladder builder it should look like this:
Q: Is it important where DW block
is located (First block in line, in the middle, last block)?
A: No. That doesn't matter for plcutils software.
Q: How I should connect PLC to PC?
A: Please use the standard RS-232 serial cable. You can make the cable

Q: Can
I use your dll in our Visual Basic project?
A: The dll is compatible with all languages with dll support.
for example: C/C++, Java, Visual Basic, Delphi. At the moment we do not
have examples for all languages, but we have examples for C,
and Delphi. The dll comes with PDF documentation.
